  • Furniture damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

4. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference will apply).

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
  • In case of a company error, Nova Furniture PK will bear all return/exchange shipping costs.
